Shipping
All products are shipped in packaging appropriate for the size of your order.
Shipping Time
We ship orders within 48 hours. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code so you can track your order. This email may have ended up in your spam folder.
Order processing begins once the amount has been credited to Number14Shirts' bank account.
Shipping costs for various countries vary at Number14Shirts. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the delivery location.
It is possible that a product you ordered is no longer available. If this is unexpectedly the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative. If, for any reason, Number14Shirts is unable to meet the maximum delivery time of 7 (business) days, we will notify you by email. The legal maximum delivery time for orders is 30 days.
General Returns Policy
All products have a 14-day return period. Products can only be returned unworn and unused with the original tags in the shipping box. You will also need proof of purchase and your order number. The product must be in the same condition as when received.
You are responsible for the shipping costs for both the outward and return shipments for returns or exchanges.
Return Address
The return address and further shipping instructions will be shared once we receive your return request.
Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will notify you and refund the amount due to the account number we have on file. This will be done within a maximum of 14 days. These 14 days begin from the moment the item is received by us.

Unpaid Customs Fees and Returns
If customs fees for an international package are not paid by the recipient, the package will automatically be returned to us by the foreign customs office.
Please note that this return process may take longer than usual. Since refunds are only issued once we receive the returned package, it may take additional time before your refund is processed.
